Exchange Policy - Yesterday’s Heroes only accepts merchandise returns for in stock merchandise only! (THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL ORDERS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED). Sorry, but Yesterday's Heroes does not give refunds but will exchange the item for an in stock item or give you a credit for a future item. All items that are exchanged will be charged a $15.00 shipping fee to receive your new item.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
1) All merchandise must be returned in the original package (including all tags) that it came in. If any item has been altered in any way, such as worn, washed, smells of cologne, smoke, etc, you own the jersey period... Yesterday’s Heroes will refuse the merchandise and will return it immediately to the sender.
2)All merchandise must be returned within 12 days from the date you received the jersey. Please call us ASAP and let us know after receiving the jersey if you have a problem or need to return the item for exchange.
3) Please do not attempt to iron or vacuum seal any of the merchandise. This will void your return.
4)Please enclose the invoice that was sent with the item in order to process your return quickly.
